Whether you’re a small group wanting to enjoy our full services or a larger group desiring a fun “cocktail” sampling of our menu, we’ll work with you to create a memorable and enjoyable experience. Onsite Total Glow events can utilize our tech-equipped conference room and food/beverage catering provided by neighborhood businesses. We are also happy to make arrangements with your favorite eatery. For offsite events we offer a short “cocktail” service sampler menu. Pricing is based on your event’s personalization.

POLICIES AND PROCEDURES
At Total Glow, we pride ourselves on offering the best care for our clients. Please take a moment and review our company policies and procedures described below. Our policies are designed to ensure you have a truly enjoyable visit with us.
All Total Glow therapists and aestheticians are California State licensed and trained at Total Glow.
Please call us at 650-409-1200 or text us at 650-487-2001 to book all appointments. We are currently accepting some appointments online.
We accept American Express, MasterCard and Visa, Cash, and Total Glow gift certificates, Apple and Android pay. We do not accept personal checks.
We respectfully request that you arrive 10 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time. When booking services at Total Glow, your appointment is scheduled with a therapist whose time is allocated exclusively for your scheduled treatment. If you are late for a scheduled appointment, our company policy offers you two options:
You may opt to shorten your treatment
You may prefer to reschedule your appointment at a more convenient time. However, a 50% cancellation charge will be incurred.
We understand that occasionally you may have to cancel an appointment with us. However, we do ask that you give us fair warning. There is a 24-hour cancellation policy. Late cancels will be charged a 50% cancellation charge which can be applied to a treatment within 30 days of the cancellation. Regretfully, no-shows will be charged the full-service fee.
Our estheticians do not accept gratuity because great service is part of the Total Glow experience and taking the best care of your skin is their goal…every time.
Gratuities for our massage therapists may be paid in cash only. 20% is customary, however, the amount you leave is truly at your discretion.
Refunds are for Total Glow credit only.
Total Glow memberships have a 6-month minimum contract. Cancellations prior to the end of the 6-month contract will be charged the retail price differentiation of redeemed services. California State sales tax will be added to all memberships.
Unused membership services will rollover to the next month for a maximum of 2 months before expiring.
A member is entitled to suspend their membership for up to 90 days for a cost of $10 per month.
When you purchase a course of treatments, you will receive a discounted price. Because of this discounted price, the payment must be made at the beginning of your course. Unfortunately, these courses are non-refundable.
Gift certificates are available for treatments and services of any denomination and are non-refundable.
