Practice Policy Update Regarding COVID-19

Hello from Total Glow,

It's time to get your skin and whole body back on track and healthy, toned and glowing!

Total Glow MD is open per San Mateo County's guidelines. We are providing all services including our expert skincare services with the exception of Hydrafacials and a few other facial treatments that are currently restricted. Our Wellness, body toning and muscle sculpting, injectables, IV's and more are still available! Try our new exclusive proprietary treatments for a jumpstart to get back that healthy glow.

We have implemented Covid-19 guidelines for our Team and for your health and safety that go beyond standard compliance.

Once you've secured your appointment, please follow our guidelines:

1. Text or call upon arrival. Our large private parking lot is steps away from our entrance and exit doors. We will contact you and let you in as doors are kept locked.
2. Masks and hand sanitation are required upon entering. Non-contact temperature check will be administered.
3. COVID-19 forms are signed and health questionnaire completed
4. We use hospital surgical suite grade UVC sterilization (not wands)for complete sterilization together with standard disinfectant protocols.
5. Your Provider wears Shields and masks and is receiving health checks andtemperature checks as well.
6. Your Provider will escort you to a sterilized room without contact with other clients/patients
7. You will be checked out for your service and product purchases in the treatment room rather than the front desk.
8. We have a separate exit through our backdoor directly to the parking lot for your safety to ensure social distancing and no contact with anyone entering our facility.

Thank you for being on time as we stagger our appointments. We have added large breaks between our appointments as well for treatment room checkout, and product replenishment. This also provides time to complete the surgical grade sterilization process after each and every appointment.

With four Hydrafacial machines in our beautiful treatment rooms and medical suites for body and facial procedures as well numerous other modalities available, we will do our best to get you in promptly.
